Registration and Fees
Registration for ASP 2025 cannot be completed independently.
Instead, it must be arranged through an ASP representative at the participating university.
How to register on ASP 2025?
Visit the Registration and Fees page and select whether you are a PCU Student or an International Student.
Complete and submit the Application Form.
Once the registration period ends, your application will be reviewed.
After your registration is confirmed, we will send the Invoice to your International Office Coordinator.
Complete the payment and please send the payment receipt to your International Office coordinator.
Upon payment confirmation, you will receive a Letter of Acceptance (LoA).
If you require a visa, you may apply for one. Some countries are exempt from visa requirements, including:
Brunei Darussalam, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines, Cambodia, Singapore (including foreign permanent residents), Myanmar, Laos, Timor Leste, Suriname, Colombia, and Hong Kong.

If your country is not listed above, please apply for a Visa on Arrival by clicking this link. For detailed instructions, please refer to this link.
Once your visa is issued, you may proceed with booking your flight to Surabaya, Indonesia. Airport pick-up service and dorm check-in are available ONLY on July 13th, 2025, between 08:00 and 20:00 WIB (Western Indonesia Time, UTC+7).

Cancellation And Refund Procedure
Notice of cancellation must be received in writing by the following deadlines and according to the following conditions for eligibility for a refund*:
Between June 12 and 19, 2025: Refund of 50% excluding any bank transfer fees
After June 19, 2025: No refund will be issued, except in the following circumstances, where a 75% refund may be granted:
- The applicant was unable to procure a Visa despite early application.
- The applicant became seriously ill or otherwise physically unable to participate in the program.
* Please note that specific documentation, such as medical certificates or official letters, may be required to verify these conditions. Additionally, no refund will be provided if a participant is disqualified from the program due to inappropriate behaviour or voluntarily withdraws without a valid reason.
Important dates for Registration
Participants are requested to note the following deadlines and dates regarding ASP 2025.
March 10 – 31, 2025: Early bird registration period for international students. Applicants who register within this timeframe may benefit from discounted rates.
- April 01 – June 13, 2025: Regular registration period for international students. Standard rates apply during this time.
- April 01 – June 17, 2025: Open registration period for Petra students. Local applicants may submit their registrations within this timeframe.
- April 01 – May 31, 2025: Open registration period for local students. Local applicants may submit their registrations within this timeframe.

Courses for ASP should be designed at an introductory university level. Typically, three academic credits are transferable to students’ home university for successful completion of a course, which should involve roughly 30 class hours.
* Airport pick-up service will be available on July 13th, 2025, while drop-off will be on August 2nd, 2025. Accommodation will be available from July 13th, 2025, with check-out on August 2nd, 2025.
